Dr. Christiane Happi, DNP, CRNP, MSN, AGPCNP
Christiane Happi is a trusted nurse practitioner serving the Lanham, Maryland, community. Primary care and preventive health are her passion, and she focuses on helping patients stay healthy through personalized, comprehensive, evidence-based care.
Dr. Happi earned her Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology Nursing from the University of Maryland and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on executive leadership and healthcare management. She also holds a certificate in education from Johns Hopkins University, reflecting her commitment to patient education and professional excellence.
Her services include preventive and primary care, chronic disease management, weight management, allergy testing, Pap smears and contraception, STD and HIV services including PrEP, opioid addiction treatment, and medical cannabis certification with appropriate supporting documentation.
Dr. Happi is committed to providing compassionate, accessible care while empowering every patient to take an active role in their health and well-being.

Gladys Ngatchou Happi, FNP-BC, CRNP, CNN
Gladys completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland School of Nursing in 1999. She then worked in several specialty ICUs, trauma, PACU, transplant, dialysis, wound care, and research at Johns Hopkins Hospital and University of Maryland Medical Center, before earning an MSN in Leadership and Management from Walden University in 2014. She took on several leadership roles as a clinical coordinator and patient care coordinator at UMMS and Fresenius Kidney Care, as well as a project manager and nephrology SME with government contractors, CMS and CDC, and with the University of Maryland Medical Systems. Gladys also completed her post-master FNP degree at Bradley University in 2020.
Gladys is the current President of the American Nephrology Nurses Association (chapter 101) and also the President of the Cameroonian American Nurses Association (camna-usa.org). She has been actively volunteering with non-profit groups both in the US and abroad since 2005. Gladys is also a member of several organizations: AONL, ANA, CAMNA-USA, AANP, and ANNA. She served as a mentor/preceptor for many registered nurses and taught as a clinical instructor to nursing students at Stevenson University. For the past 3 years she has been working as a provider/NP in urgent care, primary care, and men's health, specifically erectile dysfunction. Gladys recently completed advanced training in functional medicine/integrative medicine and weight loss. She joined Happy Family Care Clinic in 2021.When she's not working, Gladys enjoys traveling the world, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.
